Welcome to week 2 of the nutrition challenge.  Congratulations on cutting drinks with sugar out of your life.  I was amazed at how many opportunities there were to have a drink with sugar in it once I started paying more attention.  I turned down an offered drink at least once per day!  Week 2 of the sugar challenge will no sugar in drinks plus no candy or ice cream.  I look forward to seeing the lists that the classes come up with.  Sorry Magnum.
