a) you do this version if you can do at least 1 bar muscle up.

3 bar mu

b) you do this version if you can complete at least 1 round
7 min AMRAP
10 snatch 75/55
5 Pull Up (no scale)

c) you do this version if you can't complete version A) or B)
7 min AMRAP
10 snatch 45/35
5 Jumping C2B Pull Up (bar 6 in over head)
