Little Starch
If you want to be successful with the loss of body fat, you are going to have to limit your starches.  
1.  Noodles/pasta
2. Cereals
3. Breads
4. Rice
Your success will be highly correlated to the amount in which you eat things on this list.  Limit as you are able.
***Disclaimer - I know there is that special pasta made from spinach or that healthy quinoa or that homemade bread made from flour that you ground yourself.  These types of foods are the reason the prescription is "a little" starch.
