Iron Mike's Barbell Club is a weightlifting program designed to maximize our athletes' strength and power, without compromising their capacity for endurance workouts. Designed to complement our CrossFit programming, Iron Mike's Barbell club features two options: a five-day and a three-day template. Both templates emphasizes refining techniques in both the Olympic Snatch, and Clean and Jerk through a series of drills and exercises.

There is incredible depth to this program and it absolutely works, but you have to take your time and be patient. If you are looking for a quick solution, this is not it. If you are looking for a foundational program that will help you make steady and consistent gains year after year, this is your program.

Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email of your membership within 24 hours. You will also receive the program template and instructions to log daily scores. Results must be logged by the end of day. Depending on the plan you select, you’ll be eligible to submit videos for coach Mike Mogard’s analysis.

You will have access to all weightlifting meets, free of charge.

Signing up as an Iron Mike’s Affiliate enters your community into a network of committed coaches and athletes. You will receive a weightlifting template to be executed daily, for up to 5 times a week. Our head coach will work with an appointed coach within your affiliate to clarify any doubts regarding the program.

Every Iron Mike’s affiliate will be alloted video analysis access with Mike Mogard; we’re not just dedicated to making your athletes better. We’re also here to empower your coaches with knowledge they can apply first hand.
